Central Vista Project

Central Vista Redevelopment Project refers to the ongoing redevelopment to revamp the Central Vista, India’s central administrative area located near Raisina Hill, New Delhi. The main arenas included in this project are : New Parliament House, Kartavya Path, Common Central Secretariat,Central Conference Center,New office and residence for the Vice President and the Prime Minister,Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts.

RRTS Project

RRTS is a new, dedicated, high speed, high capacity, comfortable commuter service connecting regional nodes in NCR. It is different from conventional Railway as it will provide reliable, high frequency, point to point regional travel at high speed along dedicated path way. RRTS is also different from metro as it caters to passengers looking to travel relatively longer distance with fewer stops and at higher speed.

Gurugram Underpass

The Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia inaugurated the Benito Juarez underpass that will help commuters travelling from Delhi airport to Gurugram bypass traffic bottlenecks and save time and fuel. The 1.2 km-long Y-shaped underpass will also improve connectivity between the airport, Chanakyapuri, and AIIMS. The new tunnel/underpass in Delhi will reduce fuel consumption by 2181 liters per day and lessen the national capital’s daily carbon emissions by 5 tons.

Ikea Gurugram & NCR

The company has already begun work on its Gurugram store which is being built by Ingka Centres – a global division of the IKEA parents Ingka Group that builds its malls & shopping centers. Unlike in Hyderabad, Mumbai & Bangalore, the first two upcoming IKEA stores in the NCR will be housed inside shopping malls developed by the Ingka Centres with a total investment of nearly Rs 7,500 crore.

While work for the Gurugram project has already begun at Sector 47, near Medanta hospital, according to Jan Kristensson, global expansion and development director at Ingka Centres, the Noida project will begin by end-2022. “The Gurugram project will be finished by 2025 and it will also have the first IKEA store in the NCR region.
